Updates and Common Questions:

How may I get a refund for my tickets?

For shows that have been CANCELLED ENMAX Centre will provide refunds for all tickets in the same method for which they were purchased. If you purchased using a CREDIT CARD this refund will occur automatically. This may take 10-14 days from the time of cancellation. 

I purchased my tickets with Cash or Debit, how do I get my refund?

For CASH & DEBIT transactions you will receive your refund via cheque, which will be mailed to the address on your file. Cheques should arrive within 2-3 weeks from the time of cancellation. For questions on refunds please call 403-329-7328 or email

What about refunds for the Lethbridge Hurricanes?

Is the Box Office open?

Beginning May 4, 2020: Due to COVID-19, until further notice the Ticket Centre phone line hours will change to 11:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Saints & Sinners Tour has been postponed (NEW Date: Weds. Jan. 20, 2021).

ZZ Top has been postponed (NEW Date: April 28th, 2021).

Cirque du Soleil AXEL: All performances have been CANCELLED.

Lethbridge Hurricanes

 The Western Hockey League Board of Governors announced  the WHL Regular Season is scheduled to open on Friday, January 8, 2021.

The WHL continues  to work with each of the Governments and Health Authorities in the Provinces and States in Western Canada and the U.S. Pacific Northwest, respectively, on obtaining the necessary approvals to commence play. Details regarding the schedule of games in each of the four WHL Divisions will be announced at a later date.
