Special note: The concession located in the North end of our building serves only Smokies, Nathan's Hot Dogs, French Fries & Soft Drinks.

SPECIALTY ITEMS

Nathan's Famous Hotdogs (Served only in Concession #6 located at the North end of the Concourse)
Since the start of the 08-09 season we have been offering our Customers Nathan's Famous Hotdogs. Nathan's Famous was founded in 1916 with a hot dog stand in Coney Island, New York. Over the 90 years that have passed since opening day, Nathan's has gained worldwide recognition for the unequaled quality and taste of its product. Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs are still made with the same original recipe developed in 1916 and are available at all of our concessions.

Soft Ice Cream
Chocolate & Vanilla served at the 2 concessions located on the South/East and South/West end of the building.

Mini Donuts
These delicious little gems are made fresh for you each event and are located in front of the North/West exit.

Hawaiian Ice/Roasted Nuts
With a variety of delectable flavors you are sure to find a favorite shaved iced dream. This cart is located at the South/East end of the main concourse. This location now sells Roasted Nuts - Pecans, Cashews, Almonds.

VanHoutte Coffee
All of our concessions served delicious hot Van Houtte coffee and we also have a Van Houtte Coffee Cart located in front of the North/East exit which serves Specialty Coffees with or without Liqueurs.

Little Ceazar's Pizza
This tasty pizza is made with freshly baked dough, a tangy exclusive tomato sauce recipe mixed with a special selection of all natural spices and topped with a blend of 100% real cheeses and is served at all of our concessions.

Event Planning
The City of Lethbridge, ENMAX Centre is a multi-purpose facility with capabilities of hosting various events:Banquets, Convention Space, Trade Shows, Exhibit Displays, Corporate Meetings, Corporate Retreats, Themed Parties, Wedding Receptions

Facility Rental Fees
All rental fees are negotiable and subject to change, dependent on the size of the event, number of people, and time of year. The ENMAX Centre is pleased to offer equipment usage, such as tables, chairs, etc., and on-site specialty Catering for all events.

Guarantee Notice
Minimum number of persons attending function/events required 7 days prior to event start date.

Gratuities and Taxes
Gratuities are not included in prices however clients are welcome to leave gratuities at their discretion, upon payment of bill. G.S.T. is applied to all food, beverage, and rental room fees.

Food & Beverage
The ENMAX Centre is pleased to cater food and beverage. Menu options vary, and special menus or diets may be arranged with each event. Liquor service is available from 11:00am Monday through Sunday, and is guided by the current Provincial Liquor Laws.

Audio Visual Equipment
The ENMAX Centre is pleased to arrange or allow for off-site Audio & Visual Equipment to be utilized within the building. Please advise on specific audio and visual requirements for your event.

Deposit
The ENMAX Centre confirms space within the building be means of a full deposit on all bookings. Please contact the General Office for detailed information and pricing.

Payment
Payment of the total amount of the event invoice is due upon conclusion of the function. Arrangements may be made for billing purposes in advance of the function start date through the General Office, or payments made by cash, money order, or authorized VISA or MasterCard. Overdue accounts are charged 2%/month on any balance due, after 30 days from the function end date.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of function/events must be received by the ENMAX Centre General Office 21 days prior to function start date. All cancellations must be received in writing.

Host Bar
A Host Bar is recommended when the Event Host provides the reception. The ENMAX Centre provides the liquor, beer, ice, glasses, and bartender. If total sales are less than $200.00, a bartender fee of $10.00 per hour is charged at a minimum of 4 hours.
